 OUR WEDDING process

Complete our Inquiry Form

We’ve designed our website’s inquiry form to gather the necessary details about you and your event so that we can ensure the stars are aligned on your chosen date and budget range. We’re humbled to be booking about a year out for most weekend weddings and ask for a minimum spend of $5,000.

Answer ALL the Questions

With the magic of Google Sheets, you’ll receive a MUCH more in-depth questionnaire from us where you can tell us how ALL the details, like how many are in your wedding party, if you’re looking for a special arch or hanging centerpiece, and how you met…because that is the most important part of it all! At this time, you’ll also have the opportunity to submit images you like and ask us any questions! We want you to feel confident with your selection of The Local Petaler.

Relax for the Big Day

The Local Petaler utilizes an online event planning software for our proposals so that we can import images and make special memos. Once you review and sign the contract, we’ll ask for a minimum 50% deposit. From there, the rest is on us to fulfill your floral wishes, and we can’t wait! We’ll keep in close communication leading up to the event and make any changes necessary (within our means.) And then we’ll see you on the big day and gush over how beautiful you look in your dress!

Not looking for wedding florals? We’ve got you!

We provide floral arrangements for showers, non-profit galas, corporate events, and more. To see if your date is available, please complete our Event Inquiry Form and we’ll get back to you right away.

From there we can determine the best florals for your aesthetic and budget. Next, you’ll receive our contract and a 50% deposit request.
